Your Floristry Journey Starts Here
We understand that starting something new can feel overwhelming. That's exactly why we've designed our onboarding process to be as welcoming as arranging your first bouquet.
Begin Your JourneyHow We Welcome New Students
Personal Welcome Call
Within 48 hours of your enrollment, Marinda personally calls each new student. This isn't a sales pitch – it's a genuine conversation about your goals, concerns, and what excites you most about floristry. We've found that students who feel heard from day one develop confidence much faster.
Starter Kit Delivery
Before your first class, you'll receive a carefully curated starter kit delivered to your Baku address. Inside you'll find professional-grade tools, a color theory guide we've developed over eight years, and samples of different flower types with handling notes. Everything arrives in a reusable wooden box that many students later use for their own arrangements.
Studio Orientation Session
Your first visit is purely about getting comfortable in our Academician Hasan Aliyev Street studio. We'll show you where everything lives, introduce you to other students, and let you handle different flower varieties without any pressure to create anything perfect. Most people leave feeling like they've found their creative sanctuary.
Meet Your Dedicated Learning Partner
Celeste has been guiding new florists for over twelve years, and she genuinely believes that everyone has their own unique artistic voice waiting to emerge. During your first month, she'll work closely with you to identify your natural strengths and areas where you'd like to grow.
- One-on-one skill assessment during your second week
- Personalized practice exercises based on your learning style
- Direct access via WhatsApp for questions between classes
- Monthly progress reviews with actionable feedback
What sets Celeste apart is her ability to spot when someone is getting frustrated before they even realize it themselves. She'll adjust the pace, suggest different approaches, or simply remind you why you fell in love with flowers in the first place.

Ongoing Support That Actually Helps
Learning floristry isn't like following a recipe – it's more like learning to dance with nature. Some days the flowers cooperate beautifully, other days they seem to have their own agenda. We've built our support system around this reality.
Beyond the scheduled classes starting in September 2025, you'll have access to our student community, monthly skill-building workshops, and what we call "rescue sessions" – times when you can bring in arrangements that aren't quite working and get help troubleshooting them.
Practice Space Access
Studio access on weekends for additional practice with your own materials
Seasonal Workshops
Quarterly sessions focused on working with flowers specific to each season
